| The following terms of service apply to all supporting members (Illudium, Explodium, and Solarmanite):
1. Sponsoring memberships are voluntary, and though the B-Movie Message Board (hereafter the BMMB) and its parent company, Stomp Tokyo, offer online and offline benefits to members who pledge their monetary support, members understand and agree that they give their money for the sole purpose of keeping the BMMB in operation. This is a one-time donation for annual subscription as a supporting member and is not refundable. All memberships purchased in 2008 expire at 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2009. Pro-rated memberships are available for members who subscribe after March 31, 2008.
2. The purpose of the BMMB is to provide a friendly forum for the discussion of film, in particular genre and b-movies. If at any time any of the benefits given to supporting members conflict with the operation of the BMMB to such a degree that the BMMB would cease to function, those benefits may be withdrawn. We will make every effort to reach the best solution for the majority of the users involved in such a conflict. We make no guarantees of any kind about the services provided by the BMMB, other than that we will do our very best to see that it remains the friendly place you've come to know.
3. Supporting members are subject to the same rules of conduct as all other members. Should a supporting member be banned from the board for reasons of conduct, they will not be issued a refund for their sponsorship.
The following terms of service apply to Explodium and Solarmanite members:
4. Polls posted on the board by members are for the purposes of entertainment and discussion only. They are not to be used for corporate market research or commercial gain. Polls are subject to the same rules as regular message board posts and may be subject to editing or deletion by the BMMB moderators. Members who abuse this privilege may find it removed.
5. Promotional cups, books, movies, and other material sponsorship items are gifts to our supporting members and have no guarantee, express or implied, attached to them. They may not be returned for a refund.
The following terms of service apply to Solarmanite members:
6. Avatars uploaded by members should be tasteful, including no overt nudity or excessive gore. Think PG-13, people. Questionable avatars may be deleted at any time by the BMMB moderators without warning. Once you upload an avatar, it may be selected by any other member, so if you don't plan on using an avatar right away, you might think twice about uploading it. Members who upload excessive numbers of avatars (overrunning our allowed disk space) or who otherwise abuse this privilege may find the privilege removed. Avatars should be 96x96 pixels and may be PNG, JPG, or GIF files.
7. E-mail accounts are no longer provided to Solarmanite members.
